SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our chef offers a range of alternatives for all dietary requests, so you can rest assured that all guests with specific dietary requirements(vegetarian, pescatarian, coeliac, etc.) will be catered for accordingly.
A list of guests with special dietary requirements must be confirmed with your coordinator within 2 weeks of event.
SECURITY GUARD
$450 - Hire rate covers the duration of the whole event.
OPERATIONS FEE
There is a $1,000 operations fee on top of all package pricing which covers the cost of administration, cleaning, utilities & re-set cost.
